A C Mole are proudly celebrating our 120th anniversary this October. After careful consideration, we wondered ‘what is the best way to celebrate this mighty achievement?’ Give 120 things back of course! We are going to celebrate in style over the next 12 months with an array of activities that will include planting 120 shrubs and trees in our local area, spending 120 minutes litter picking across the South West, walking (and possibly running!) 120 miles for charity and other ‘120’ events. We aim to complete at least one ‘120’ activity a month.

Let us take you back 120 years and to the release of the Finance Act 1902. Among other changes, this brought with it something that could have been detrimental to the working community; the continuation of customs duty on the most cherished of things, the British cup of tea. Something central to many staff breaks and workplaces, this could have caused an expensive downward spiral in the morale of British business but against all odds Albert Charles Mole established his Taunton based firm of Accountants, A C Mole & Sons.

Fast forward to 2022 and, in spite of the rather more expensive cups of tea that keep us going today, we have achieved 120 years of providing a reliable, professional and comprehensive service to our broad range of clients, from sole traders and not for profit organisations to £500m turnover corporate groups.
