Lexi qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003, winning multiple ICAEW national awards including the Carter Prize and the Professional Stage Order of Merit.

She spent twelve years working for a Big Four firm in their Bristol and Plymouth offices specialising in audit, business advice and SME issues before joining ACM Accountants in 2013 and being admitted into the partnership in 2014. Lexi is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Chartered Tax Advisor and Registered Auditor.

In addition to being Managing Partner, Lexi also heads our Charities team, which specialises in providing a wide range of services to charities and not-for-profit organisations across the UK. This ranges from advice to Trustees and Charity Leaders, through to independent examinations, accounting and auditing services as well as providing support with management accounts and cloud accounting software.

In 2019 Lexi was awarded the ICAEW Diploma in Charity Accounting, which recognises experts making a real difference in the charity and voluntary sector.

Lexi also looks after many of our audit and corporate clients and specialises in providing audit and financial reporting services to larger UK and international groups, having extensive experience of working with such businesses across a range of sectors.

Lexi lives locally and is actively involved in charitable work herself, having recently helped to train a Hearing Dog puppy. She is also a keen traveller, having visited over 80 countries (and counting!).
