Pete joined A C Mole Accountants in 2025 as an Associate.  Pete is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, qualifying in 2009, and also holds the ICAEW Diploma in Charity Accounting, awarded in 2013. He was awarded the ICAEW Business Finance Professional designation in 2019, recognising skills and experience in business and finance.

Specialising in audit, business advice and charities, Pete worked in a large regional firm based at their Plymouth, Torquay and Exeter offices for 14 years. Seizing an opportunity to broaden his knowledge and expertise, Pete has for the last 5 years worked in senior financial roles in some of the South West’s largest and most successful companies, most recently as the Finance Director for a manufacturing and retail group. This experience gives him a unique perspective to be able to advise and support his clients.

Pete lives in Devon with his wife. A keen trail runner, cyclist and rugby fan, he likes to keep active in his spare time as an excuse to eat as much cake as he likes.
