Rob joined ACM Accountants in 2006 after working for firms in Bristol and Exeter and was admitted into the partnership in 2018. He comes from a farming family in North Devon and has a degree in Politics and International Relations from Southampton University.

Rob specialises in farm accountancy and taxation but also acts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders across a wide range of sectors. He writes on issues facing the agricultural sector and has been quoted in the national farming press. His farming background gives him a unique insight into the challenges faced by the agricultural community.

He is actively involved with the Somerset Centre for Management in Agriculture and organised the farm management competition for many years. He is also a member of the Agricultural Law Association.

Rob is married with two children and can be found most Saturday morning’s cheering on his son from the side of the football pitch. He is member of Somerset County Cricket Club and enjoys watching most sports.
